Experience with adult learning theories, interactive training, e-learning design principles and on demand instruction and evaluation methods

Ability to produce training materials in a variety of formats using the latest industry tools

Knowledge of modern computing, networking and communications systems and skill in use of technology applications

Ability to gather and analyze data from various sources, identify issues and trends and assist in development of plans accordingly

Proficient communication skills – written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation

Detail oriented and organized

Familiarity with copyright and intellectual property standards for course development

Demonstrated expertise with Canvas and/or other leading LMS product

Demonstrated expertise in instructional design software including Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, video editing software, and other design tools and interface design methodologies

Knowledge of ADA requirements in online course delivery

Demonstrated understanding of different operating systems, Windows and Mac OS along with experience working hands on with laptops and PCs

Demonstrated real-time web conferencing expertise, WebEx or Zoom preferred

Commitment to high quality in the development and maintenance of training materials that are user friendly, effective, and appealing
