IPS Celebrates 20 Years!
On October 24, Temple Harrisburg had a celebration for the 20th anniversary of the Institue On Protective Services. During the celebration, Temple Harrisburg Director Link Martin honored Rev. Ronald W. Costen, Ph.D., Esq. and presented him with the Founders Award. The event was attended by Temple Harrisburg faculty and staff as well as others that have supported the Institute over the past 20 years.
